serenity, warm welcome, high degree of cleanliness, precision of guidance by management in ensuring an ease and surety of a stress free and relaxing stay.
We obtained the family room and only four items that I believe are worth rectifying. The carpet in the toilet/shower area, hygienic reason. The mirror on the door, nuisance factor.Screws on bathroom door handle being to prominent and of chrome not brass and a tiny section of skirting at rear of shower basin needs say, mastic, cosmetic reason.

No dinner no possibility to use the dining room on our own or cook

The shower needed a more thorough clean, and the village offered limited facilities for dining or entertainment, making it less ideal for exploring on foot.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The proprietors are very friendly and the twin room we had was comfortable and clean, the ensuite shower being quite adequate.. The full breakfast was wonderful, except it was too much for us! We also had dinner one night which was the best roast beef I have ever had and we were pleasantly surprised at the low cost of our 2 course meal when we got the bill at the end of our stay. The lounge had a large tv and dvd player and lots of books to choose from, if we wanted to go there, and was very comfortable. We would certainly visit this guest house again.

This is an old house, with low low water pressure. Not god for women who have long hair or have to use conditioner, you will never get it all out!

Booked it for our trip and had a nice stay here. The staff were efficient and the setting was amazing and particularly good. There were a supermarket and a local shop around the hotel...
